I bought this less than 2 yrs ago and the nightlight bulb went out - my husband barely touched it to remove and it broke off like the attach picture- there's NO instructions how to get the rest of the bulb piece out !! Someone help me because it's over my oven and I need help

Replaced a 22 Year old Amana microwave with this new one. The old one still worked great but the handle finally gave out. Since I was already switching to black dishwasher, oven, range, all black Amana. Now just need a black fridge.

We are happy with our new microwave. It lacks one feature that our previous
one had -- an instant minute(s) button. But our last microwave (different brand)
failed after 16 months, 4 months after warranty expired. We hope and
assume that this one will last longer. It's certainly doing fine now.

I purchased this microwave to replace another hood style microwave that failed due to a broken handle. The Amana stood out for the clean, smooth design, nice features like one touch 30 second run, and defrost settings.

Has a light toward bottom left rear that has a full or 1/2 light but basically useless for illumination, no more than a weak night light. My old Kenmore had a 23/24" fluorescent also towards rear but did a fabulous job illuminating oven top with dials at rear, as well provided adequate illumination at night when ceiling lights were off.

This is a flat front microwave oven. There is no handle or button sticking out. It is an over the range type that has lights and a fan available. It does not have quick buttons, but it is easy enough to punch in two zeros and start. I love the "add 30 seconds" feature.

Microwave and hood are working perfectly. I was disappointed in the user's manual included. It did not include explanation that instructions to use features was included in tags on the bottom. I know that it is my fault I did not notice these, but I feel it should have been pointed out in the "user's manual" included and online.
