This company is not customer oriented. Sent a promotional warranty for a defective microwave then added the replacement to charge me for 2 microwaves that they wanted me to pay for and would not issue a corrective warranty. Would not let me speak to a supervisor after telling me after they verified my information they would transfer me to a supervisor. After all the information was given, then told me there is no supervisor and could not be transferred. This place is a joke and I will never buy from them again.

It is easy to operate and cooks beautifully. My favorite thing is the Potato setting. No guessing and the potato is perfectly cooked by pushing one button.
