The cancel doesn't work all the time first use the top part that shoots water broke already still waiting for part. When put on heavy dry still water on things doesn't clean well very disappointed if I k we this would be like this I would have upgraded at time of purchase for new build home

Door leaks from the bottom. All seals seem to be in place. It's a shame to have a brand new dishwasher that you can't use without ruining your floor and cabinets....

We are a long time GE appliance customers. The dishwasher we purchased was our second choice since the one we wanted was back ordered. It is pretty standard. I do like the 1 hour wash cycle feature. The overall quality is ok but definitely not as good as our previous machines. The rack material is super light weight almost flimsy. Don't pull them out quickly or they will go flying off the rails. The cutlery basket was hopeless. Just three big open areas. I went ahead and bought a better one online that separates the items for better cleaning.

It's a dishwasher. Not sure what else I would want it to do. It dose seem to be the cheapest of the appliances we got but some of our stuff is pretty nice so that doesn't really mean it's bad.

Seems to do a good job; especially like the "1 hour" cycle. Do miss a start timer feature but the machine is quiet enough it's almost unnecessary.

Overall, a good dishwasher. the "high Dry Boost" seems inconsistent. Sometimes drying everything thoroughly, but sometimes leaving tops of cups and bowls still wet.

Not very happy with dishwasher. Leaked through door first time we used it. It still leaks. We are waiting for repair. This is a contractor/ builder model. Cheap!

When this dishwasher works, it works well. When it doesn't, it doesn't. Still awaiting someone to come take a look at & fix it. We have had problems with the buttons themselves as well as the soap not being cleared out to clean the dishes. Honestly pretty disappointed since this is brand new.

Unit is too loud and has a plastic odor that seems toxic. The entire interior is made of a toxic plastic material along with a P65 label on the side of machine. Sadly, since it was purchased by our rental agency we are unable to return it. Therefore we don't plan on using any longer. So dissatisfied :(

It doesn't clean that well . Also the racks are already rusting "both top and bottom rack". Very Loud and the door seal keeps popping off, so you have to check to and make sure it's on right before you start it or it will leak.

Just bought a new house and did not get to pick the appliances. Just had to take what they put in. Do not like the controls. I like the dial so I can see where the wash cycle is and advance it if I wanted to. Also it never dries the dishes. Had an issue with the start light blinking and it would not start. Took me 2 hours of random button pushes to get it reset.

Plenty of space (there's 2 in our household) for dishes, pots and pans, etc. Good clean layout. Not as noisy as we were expecting (bonus!). Simple layout, simple use button pushing. Good pricepoint. Extremely happy with our purchase and happy to have GE as an option as we've had great long term success with GE products.

We have to prewash dishes and also sometimes run the thing again just to get dishes clean. Every time we open it after it's"clean" the soap pod doesn't even get dissolved. Not impressed with basic junk.

This dishwasher is surprisingly quiet for the economical price. The only thing I don't like is the touch pad used for the settings - I prefer the dials where I can control the cycles. One hour wash time seems like a long time for a dishwasher to run.

The door is so light-weight it doesn't feel quality like. Feels very plastic. I wish I would have noticed in the showroom before I bought it. When open, the door is very low to reach down and close. I'm not happy with my selection.

Two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. When using the normal setting on the dry cycle everything is still real wet, especially the plastic things in the top. Second, my old dishwasher had the utensil basket on the door which allowed more space for big items in the bottom. Just something I will have to get used to, it does not hold as much.

I am very disappointed in this dishwasher. I have always used GE products and this dishwasher is made with cheap parts and it definitely shows. The dishwasher was installed by professional installers from the appliance store from where it was purchased. Even the installers remarked how shabbily made this dishwasher is. When closing the door to operate, the door is so flimsy I am afraid it will break on of days. Keep away from this particular dishwasher!

Basic washer does what it promises. It's been less than a month, but so far, everything is still intact and functioning. The machine looks exactly like the pictures on the website. You get one partitioned basket for small items/silverware. The dish trays feel lightweight, but haven't broken or bent under the weight of the dishes. Glasses hold firmly in place in the top tray. That's a good thing. Dishes wash clean and dry well on "normal".
