We love the refrigerator, but wish that it had a butter compartment with a door like our old one did. The ice maker in this unit works well and makes a lot of ice in a relatively short period of time. While I listed price as our main reason for choosing this model (you didn't offer an option that fit our situation), the real reason we picked this model is because our old refrigerator died, and this was the only model our dealer had that as large enough capacity and would fit our space.

Really like it. I love the front with no ice or water dispenser to mar the sleek appearance.
Only odd thin is that there is often water in the freezer track where it opens. Not sure what that's about.

Beautiful, easy to use. Love the flexibility of the shelf locations. Visibility of contents excellent. What would I change? Would prefer that the door handle on the frig lifted up when you pulled on it. Also, crisper pantry bottom drawer in frig, would prefer the front lifted up when pulled open, making easier to insert and remove food from that drawer

This fridge was delivered last week. While the size and features are just what we wanted, the compressor and/or fan are not operating properly. Even after a week to "settle in," the fridge is incredibly loud when cooling--you can hear it from several rooms away in the house. It is a grinding, rattling noise. Spent over $2K for a piece of junk. Should have stuck with our old fridge from a famous Korean maker.

I love how I can open both doors and see everything in the refrigerator without searching. It's well lit, with clear drawers and shelves. Plenty of space to store condiments and small items on the door shelves. The freezer is deep and easy to organize with a drawer within the drawer. Ice maker produced ice just two hours after installation. We like the water on the inside as it's easier to keep the door clean, than it was with our old through the door dispenser. One issue I have is that we ordered a water filter a couple months ago by sending a check in the envelope/form that came with the refrigerator. It came back with a new address label. Resent it to the new address, no filter and my check is still outstanding. Our filter light is on. I may have to go to the appliance store where we made the purchase to get a new filter. Right now, I'm out nearly $60. I'm disappointed.

Pros: Stays to temperature. Great Huge refrigerator very nicely laid out. A place to put everything. small containers and plenty of room for tall containers produce and dairy. It's just great!
Cons: #1the ice make light stays on All the time. It would be so helpful if the light went off when I turn the switch off. Within a year the switch for the ice maker just fell off and I could not turn the ice maker off and the repair person had to come and replace it with a new ice maker. Glad it's still in warranty and I just ordered a 5 year warranty plan because of this. It would've cost me about $250 if I had to pay it out of pocket. Glad I didn't have to. The warranty cost a little over $300 for 5 years.
#2 The handle on the pull out freezer drawer comes off occasionally with everyday use. Just seems odd that it isn't more secure so as to just stay on.
#3 sometimes makes an odd humming noise

We love the refrigerator. Because our home was built in 1994, the available replacement size was restrictive. So, we opted out of outside ice/water and went for more storage space. Perfect for us. Only problem is with the freezer compartment handle. Theoretically, it was supposed to slide on to two holders and snap in place, but only the far right-side functions as intended. The left holder (or the left end of the handle) doesn't fit tight, and it slips. Which means we have to keep sliding it in place since, if let go, it will come off completely. The frig is still under warranty so maybe that can be addressed. Otherwise, we are happy. Great choice.

Works great!! The ice maker in the freezer drawer works great! So much room. My only complaint is, the handle on the freezer drawer came off within 2 weeks. They are not screwed on. They slide on left to right. So if you tend to pull a little to the left, it will fall off.

The fridge has good capacity and appears to be a solid performer. The freezer is spacious and we like the upper freezer drawer with ice maker bin. The only drawback we have found are the water spout is too short for practical use.

I love the shelf that you can slide up and away for taller items. There is so much room in this fridge and I absolutely love it. However, it's loud. I've had this for a bit over a month and while the noise isn't constant, it's regular with a tolerable, then louder and less tolerable "whirr" and repeat. The water feature inside isn't as easy to use as I'd expected; just kind of awkward. It's not a big deal as I had never intended for it to be my sole source of filtered water, but it is a bit strange to utilize.
