Microwave offers many heating options. Oven is easy to use and has enamel coated racks which will help keep them glide smoothly after self-cleaning cycle. And...the whole thing looks great!

I was on the fence about this wall unit oven because it was stainless steel. My appliances in my kitchen was all black when I purchased my home 16 years ago. I searched online as well in the store for black and seems like its obsolete or back-ordered. I had no choice but to chose the stainless steel and I love the overall product. The microwave is much bigger on the inside and the stove seems wider in dimensions as well. I am fascinated how there is only one control number for adjustments and its simple to follow the online screen instructions.

Dial functions: this was not too difficult to transition from push button operations. However, it takes 2 steps to program time or temp on microwave or thermal oven compared to 1 step with the older model GE we had. Also, the thermal oven takes twice as long to pre-heat. 14 mins to get to 350degrees F and 18 to get to 425. The thermal over DOES cook faster than my older model. (About 10 mins faster for a 40 min roast.)

The oven functionality is great. Cooks evenly. Like the microwave above. Disappointed that product was dented unbeknownst to use when we purchased from the store. Store did not stand behind product and arrange for a replacement. I had to do so in my own and it's backordered. Kind of an eyesore in our new house.

We really liked the look of this oven/microwave combo when we installed it in the spring of 2016. Worked great....till 1) I noticed the fan that turns on while the regular oven warms up or cools down vibrates and is noisy (I mean noticeably noisy so I have to open the oven door to make it cool down faster and shut off); 2) the microwave sort of half way turns on when you close the door even through you have not set any time - it slow spins and you cannot program any time till you open and close it a few times and then it goes back to normal; and 3) the drop down microwave door spring seems to have gone out on it and from I read in another review, cannot be repaired but only replaced at a cost of $400+. For an appliance that is barely 5 years old, these issues are not acceptable.

Brand new microwave is noisy and rattles when cooking for longer than 2 minutes. Timer pauses and have to click resume to complete. Oven takes a long time to heat up.

Had one of these combos of another brand for many years. This combo works easier and better. Use without instructions is very self guiding. We thing unit is very good looking and much easier to clean than most units.

The top microwave unit stopped working within a week. The service technician repaired it by removing and resetting the temperature thermostat on the top. Not sure why it tripped. But it had been working fine so far. We are concerned about the reliability of the microwave. So we are taking the extended warranty.

Very nice and large wall oven and microwave. There are two things I wish they had done. 1)make the microwave a convection oven as well. The microwave is able to store a 16" pizza box so that's nice. 2) separate the controls of the microwave and oven , it scares me if the main control unit goes out I am out of 2 cooking appliances and not just 1. This product came with our home.

Food always comes out perfectly warm. Especially for the pre set reheat options on the microwave. Microwave does seem to create some rattle in the door from time to time when using which is a little annoying considering ours is only a month old. Noise can be eliminated when keeping your hand on the microwave door. Nothing appears to be loose so not sure why it does that.
