Bought to integrate with our other Profile appliances. Like the top rack for silverware and/or other small items as well as the adjustable middle rack. It's quiet and cleans well. Though I don't have children to worry about, the Microban coating is a nice touch. Wi-Fi control via the app is cool, too.

This is a very quiet running dishwasher. We need to set it on all the maximum settings to get it to wash thoroughly and almost dry the dishes. The wash and dry cycles are long, which I don't mind as long as it is quiet. The Ultra Fresh setting runs a small (but audible) vent fan after the wash and dry is complete. The racks are large and the top rack is a nice feature. The easily cleanable filter is nice. For the price I would hope for a more thorough wash and dry.

I had a portable dishwasher for years and upgraded to this dishwasher. It is everything I wanted and hadn't had before. It cleans AND dries well and is very quiet. Now I can spend evenings in the kitchen doing things and not go deaf while the dishes are being cleaned. I was shocked at how well it dries the dishes. Even the plastic ones! This is a pricey model, but well worth it!

Less than a month from having this dishwasher installed and it never not worked properly. It's supposed to be energy efficient, but the fan comes on constantly and randomly when the dishwasher is off. I waited months just to be able to order and receive this dishwasher. I spent way too much money for a dishwasher and received a defective appliance. GE Profile is supposed to be one of the best products. I'm sooo very disappointed. The dishwasher is flimsy and cheaply made. It doesn't dry my dishes and I still have to rinse dishes off prior to putting them in the dishwasher in order for them to appear clean. GE repair came to replace a sensor, which is unacceptable; to have a refurbished appliance when I spent so much money for a new one! GE would not give me a new one even though it was installed less than one month. Even with the new senor, the washer doesn't completely dry the dishes, developing a humid and moldy smell that can not be healthy, and does not completely clean everything. My 20+ year-old Whirlpool worked better. I'm so disappointed with GE Profile. Unfortunately, I purchase 3 GE Profile appliances for my kitchen.

I can't express enough how disappointed we are with this dishwasher, and I'll give you several reasons, but the biggest one is it simply does not get the dishes clean. And there is an inherent design flaw. First the plumber couldn't follow the installation directions. Even owner, who is a mechanical engineer, couldn't figure some of the items & what to do with some of the sound proofing items. Store owner eventually agreed to send a GE rep to site and basically said "Oh we just ignore half of those items and don't install them". So finally, we had it running. A GE designer had contacted us a few weeks later since it was a new model and could see the washes cycles via the web and was interested in general feedback. Within months my wife started complaining of dirty dishes. After hearing this repeated complaint, we remembered we had the GE design engineer's email. He monitored the cycles and made a few suggestions but dishes we not coming out clean. We eventually paid $125 to have a rep come in who watched it go through the cycles with his computer said maybe we were using too much soap (yeah sure) and that these new machines just don't clean as well. We corresponded again with the GE designer. He decided to mail us a couple parts and send another GE service rep. When he walked in, he said, "I really don't need the parts I been fixing these same dishwashers all over the place. The magnets in the cycle valve get plugged / dirty!" (Which, by the way were the new parts the GE designer sent). He showed my husband what to take apart in the future, which is not straight forward and requires removing some hexhead screws and cleaning two small magnets. Now about every couple months, he's on his hands & knees taking the dishwasher apart. Glad we purchased GE's top of the line dishwasher. The only good thing I can say about this dishwasher is it is quite, but who cares if you have to hand rewash some dishes, glasses, and silverware after each load!

Overall, the dishwasher does a decent job of cleaning and drying. Although, not as well as my last dishwasher, which was a lesser model GE. This unit has a design flaw in that when you push the bottom shelf back in, there is a "dip", causing the dishes to jolt and slide into each other. I'm afraid my dishes are going to break from the movement.

The dishwasher is so quiet I hardly know it's running. A couple of the features I really like is the internal Fan that senses moisture and turns on to prevent mildew smell and the front control panel that shows you status of the wash cycle. I highly recommend this model.

Very quiet unit. Lots of wash options including half loads, new for dish washers. Also the extra clean nozzles under the silverware caddy. Filter easy to remove and clean. My new GE Profile dishwasher is beautiful and so easy to keep clean from fingerprints. It is so quiet I have to check to see if it is working. I am still trying to figure the proper placement of glassware, etc but I had my old washer for many years and this one is just configured out a little different. The last dishwasher we had was 20 years old, so pretty much anything would be an improvement. But this dishwasher exceeded expectations. Not only does it have new features, it is very quiet so you hardly know is is running. Most importantly it does an fantastic job cleaning the dishes. My only complaint is that the compartment to fill the anti-streak fluid is hard to open.
