We love our new washer for a few different reasons. We love how it's not so deep that I can't reach the bottom, but is wider so we can fit a lot. I love how it has an app that you can see what is going on. The only flaw, is that the tray for soap seems a little flimsy. Just be gentle.

Although it has many bells and whistles, I had thought that it would be a bit quieter than it is. I am definitely grateful for the ease of use, my old washer was a dinosaur. This model has so many different features, my favorite being it is big enough to wash our comforter!!

Still learning the different wash cycles. I like to wash and rinse loads in water level just above the load. "Bulk", "jeans", "towels" cycles combined with a higher "soil" results in more water to cover the load. Clothes come out very clean in less than 60 minutes. Only persistent issue is balancing some loads mid cycle. I'm happy with this purchase.

At the one month mark, I'm a happy customer. Easy settings. Easy to use the cleaning option. Even though the machine is brand new, I notice a significant difference after running a cleaning cycle. Just make sure you balance your loads out evenly. Fairly quiet machine in comparison to others I've owned.

I love our new washer it hold more clothes big blankets than expected and they come out so clean it's unreal!! We love the smart phone feature that I swore I never needed now I can't think what I'd do without! The best is the anti mildew mold that this washer has its completely unbelievable how it never has that terrible smell! I'm definitely happy like never before with this washer thank you GE!!

Dryer was a bear to install with vent on the side which is an option. The cutout was not easily removed. The directions stated that exhaust pipe would fit on the factory tube once cut that is not true. With some enginuity it worked but took 3 days to install.

I'm amazed. I didn't expect to love this washer from the start, but that certainly changed with this product. Honestly I've usually used GE products in my home and love them. My last washer was a GE Profile, but I never really like it from the beginning, but it replaced one that broke down, so I was happy to have a working washer. However, from the first day of use, I'm amazed with the features, looks, ease of use and the way the tub really deep fills. The unlock feature is wonderful feature is so much easier to use than before and the displays are so in creditably helpful. This has certainly changed my mind about purchasing another GE product again. Great job GE!!

The washer is so noisy in the washing mode sounds like it is struggling to turn the non agitator i have a service tec coming today my last up right washer was 20 years ago also the normal setting i can not fill more water in it

Great features and very simple to use. The wireless link between the washer and its matching dryer is impressive although its emphasis is saving water on washing and gas on drying (which tends to keep the clothes not dry enough at the end of the drying cycle on heavy loads in auto).

Always have to add more water. Clothes on bottom get abused by spinner and the clothes on top don't move and in most cases don't get wet without adding additional water. Washer was running one day and would not turn on the next. Broke

Neat washer that takes way more clothes & I think bigger items since it has no tall center agitator. It is more like a front opening washer and agitates clothes by continually reversing direction. It has a ton of features including automatic sensing the weight of clothes to wash plus wifi communications with the paired dryer and the phone. But really so far the only featute I have used is Quick Wash. A load gets done pretty quick -- in about 15 minutes I think but so far I am only doing very small loads. The little pull out drawer for loading soap & softender is a bit annoying. I been obsessing about keeping the entire inside looking new but the drawer compartments are very difficult to dry with a towel. After just a dozen small loads or so a film shows on the drawer compartments when it is dry. I am only using powder detergent and occassionally bleach. Don't want the stainless steel drum to build up a film from fabric softener oils.

I have tried just about every cycle and option I can and yet every load comes out extremely wrinkled. We have used wrinkle reducing fabric softener, and updated the smart washer to no avail.I paid more to have my washer be energy efficient, and in turn have gotten less than ideal outcomes with my wash.

This washer was put to the test for the first week. Lots of different cycles, load sizes, and soil levels. It is a bit noisy. Sounds like a muffled car alarm going off. But not intolerable. Have yet to run a load while watching TV but guessing it's not that loud.
