I bought this washer/dryer set. The washer did one load fine, then wouldn't drain the second load. I returned it (it took them 15 days to bring me a new washer!!!) and they brought a "new" one. That had scratches and dents in it. It worked a few times, then just wouldn't start. I unplugged it and plugged it in and it works…for now. I would never buy this again. They should give me money back for selling me a scratch and dent item but calling it new!! The washer lid is so heavy it feels like cheap plastic. Not the quality I expected from GE.

Coming from a front loading samsung, this GE top loading is amazing. I never thought I would go back to top loading but I am glad I did. This washer is a lot bigger than my front loading and we had a bigger size. For being able to wash so much the machine itself is quite small. I have so much more room in my laundry room compared to my front loading washer/dryer. This washer has a nice feature that I missed, stain removing where you can scrub with water running. You can also link to an app which allows you to dry in whatever cycle you used to auto connect to the dryer in the same cycle/feature. I have had this washer for almost a week and I just love it. Huge improvement from my previous and no complaints so far

I love this washer and the features and capacity are great. I had to return another brand because I could not reach the bottom of the tub without a step stool. My only complaint is that the lid will not stay up unless it is in the fully open position. I have a cabinet above the washing machine and the lid will not stay open so I have to prop the detergent bottle under the lid. Very inconvenient!

This is a great washing machine! It has a large tub but does small loads perfectly. My first experience with no agitator and I am hooked! My clothes are clean and handled appropriately - gently when needed. I can use the presets or modify based on the items in the load. I do love it and it looks so pretty sitting next to its twin dryer.

GE Quality is not present anymore, not even at the top echelon. This is our 2nd GE washer in 1 year, replacing one of their top of the line front loaders. We purchased a new house 1 year ago and outfitted all appliances with GE Profile, which in hindsight was a big mistake. You'd think that when you buy one of their flag ship models, you'd get quality, quiet, and something you could depend on for years, that is not the case anymore. Look elsewhere, save yourself the hassle, if we could go back, we would. My wife has even recommended selling everything at a loss and replacing w/ another QUALITY focused brand. Oh, the dryer doesn't match either, it is a couple shades lighter than the washer, but GE doesn't cover cosmetics.
