I do not like this washer. The normal setting barely fills the tub no matter how full the tub is. The only setting I have been able to use and actually use the whole tub is on bulky wash. It's the only option for a complete deep fill. I want my old, "dumb" washer. This "smart" one sucks.

This is a very suppose to be a great washer. Unfortunately, It is not! In most wash cycles the unit displays cancel, and we cannot wash out close of family of five efficiently as we excepted. We called Tech support a technician arrived, and like always they know what we don't and they make it work. We,ve tried it several times and the same thing. Laundry bundles to one side in the tank and will not complete its cycle. We call again and same thing. I asked the tech to wait for to complete a cycle and of course, He's got others to attend. Now we are stuck with a lemon washer from GE. I just hope is not a geographical issue.

The brand new washer arrive and threw a lid error within the hour. The service team reported the soonest someone would arrive with the replacement part was 3 weeks away.

From the first wash, I have been pleased with my new GE Profile washer. It's a quite wash, has all the wash cycles that meet my needs, and it cleans well too. I love that it has a good size tub but it's not too deep. It's a little temperamental when it comes to loads--as is other newer models I've experienced--wants all the cloths to be the same type. I'm very hopeful this will be a good experience.
