Does not dissolve wash pods, tears towels, and scews come out and ring inside door has had come loose multiple times. Dryer on lower heat setting has a hard time getting clothes evenly dry (not talking about different fabrics or materials either)

Overall, I am not thrilled with this machine; for the price I expected more. My previous machine was so much better.
It does not clean with cold water. The detergent dispenser is chintzy, hard to read, and difficult to use because it does not come out far enough. The washer seems to pull the pet hair off items well but leaves hair on the rubber portion at the opening. You must try to clean it up (the rubber is very sticky) before taking clothes out so the hair doesn't transfer back on. My previous washer took the hair completely away.
The dryer opening is almost out of reach and you have to 'fish' for items that cannot be seen.

I have the stackable gas dryer and washer. Very quiet. I actually underloaded them and during rinse juggled slightly. First time with bedding, no movement at all. Love it!

My washer/dryer came
In damaged. We submitted a damage report. Someone came out to inspect and said he would be back in a week and there would be a package of parts coming in. We received no package of parts. He came out the next week and said he couldn't do anything without the parts and they were delivered to my address. Unfortunately I never received them. He is coming Wednesday May 9th. Still no parts. I have been months without a washing machine. A brand new washing machine that does not work. What do I have to do to get your attention??????

First, I would like to say I wish I knew about SPEED QUEEN 5-10 years ago. This is my 5TH purchase of washer/dryer set, in about 5 years and it is ALWAYS the washing machine that dies/breaks. Second, since purchasing this unit, I have been very pleased, impressed, and happy because I do a bunch of washing dog blankets/bed covers due to the pet sitting business I operate and thus far SPEED QUEEN has been excellent in both washing and drying capabilities. Third, thus far, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending the money to buy a SPEED QUEEN product. It is well worth the price and piece of mind knowing you have 5 years or more of warranty coverage!!! Thank you!

I love my new SpeedQueen washer/dryer. My old unit gave out after the agitator actually sheared off during a spin cycle! It wasn't even four years old yet! (It was a GE made in China). My appliance repairman recommended that I purchase a Speed Queen unit. This is my first front load washer which I was hesitant to purchase but it was my only choice for a stacked unit. It is solid, well-made, quiet, and wonderful. I love the fact that it is made in America and will probably outlast me (I'm in my late 60s). It uses less water than my top-loader which is a plus in drought stricken California. I love the different options. And the dryer is great for removing my border collie's pet hair. Don't even think of buying anything else but a Speed Queen for your next purchase!

My stackable Washer/Dryer was not installed as I asked and intended. I gave saleswoman dimensions of my laundry closet and asked what I would need for installation. She only told me exhaust tube, not electrical connection for dryer. Sales people need to be trained better on products they sell. Now I cannot find anyone recommended by SQ Support that can change the exhaust to a side vent. I am very dissatisfied with the installation. Doors cannot be closed because stackable unit sits out too far because exhaust was installed in back. Companies that sell your product should be trained and know how to install. If a product is not installed correctly, it is not going to be a happy user. I like the product but could not recommend because of poor service in area.

You pay for what you get! I was very hesitant about spending $4,500 for a stackable washer & dryer but I would do it again in a heartbeat! My wife and I went through several LG front loaders and used their warranty but it would be several days before a service guy would come. We have 6 children and 3 of those kiddos still wet the bed. Laundry stacks up quick! The speed queen brand is the only way to go. I'm a customer for life! I like buying things one time!

Odd clanking noises starting up to spin on washer. Had service man look at it. Took off front service cover watched cycles and he says its functioning as it should. Happy with cleaning of clothes and the dryer is quiet and fine.

So far so good. Realized after it was delivered and installed that at 5'1", I can't see the bottom of the dryer. I can feel around with my hand, but I can not see the floor of the dryer. I need to buy a small foldable step stool, and put it next to the machine. When it was installed, it was not leveled and it walked around, and had to have someone come back out and level it. It seems fine other than those issues.

I needed a stacked unit due to laundry room size and I will only buy Speed Queen after being burned by numerous other brands that are cheaper and flashier. This stacked unit runs like a commercial grade champion, and I have no complaints. This was a special-order unit, so it did take a while for the factory to make one for me. I haven't tried all of the settings, but I love Speed Queens because they are powerful work horses.

We waited for 8 months to get our washer dryer combo due to supply chain issues. I figured it would be well worth the wait given the brand's reputation and the exorbitant price ($4300). Tried the dryer the first day and could not figure out why it would only run for 5 mins leaving the clothes soaked. Ran it on time dry and it worked fine. After calling SQ, our local distributor sent a technician. Turns out no sensor was installed in the dryer. There wasn't even a cut out in the bulkhead area for the sensor. Just an empty wire harness with wires going to the power supply. Furthermore, this station comes as a set but does requires a 120v GFCI plug in addition to the 240v plug. Most other laundry centers can be powdered by one 240v plug. We needed to wire a new circuit just to use the washer, which was an added cost we were not made aware of. Even the dealer did not know it requires separate plugs. At this point I have no faith in SQ's quality control or reliability. I'm not even sure how to this unit made it out of the factory, let alone all the way to my house and installed before such a huge error was discovered. Do they not check the assembly of each unit? Astounding at this price.

I love it....but when it was delivered it had a dent on the back of the washer. The seller (got it off Amazon) gave my a credit which was fine. Less than two months of operation, the dryer electrical panel malfunctioned. It was repaired and works fine now. Even with those two issues, I do really love this machine!

My opinion is based on the purchase of our new stackable Speed Queen, SF7003WE. We just love it! Our previous side-by-side SQ machines were still going strong after 10+ years of regular use. In fact, they were a very marketable item because they were in such great shape. That speaks volumes about SQ's quality, longevity, & value. Guess that makes us forever SQ fans!

Traded out my 3 yr old (awful) set for a stackable SQ. This was my first SQ set. What a difference! My clothes are so clean and in under an hour. My last set took almost 1.5 hours and still did not get my clothes as clean. User friendly and just over all wonderful. Assuming it lasts the test of time, it will have been worth the $4k I paid. Only con is it will not wash my king size comforter.

Don't buy this! The stacked w/d has a major design flaw! Both the main & pre-wash detergent compartments don't retain liquid soaps, even thick ones. Why are there max. fill lines for them? They immediately empty, drain off & are discharged out before water flows through them into the laundry tub at the start of the wash cycle. Wash loads weren't clean or fresh so I tested this with food color, a white tee shirt & found that even the fabric softener empties too early into the drum during wash cycle with a very vigorous flushing. The shirt & water showed no color. SQ Tech support stated 'the machine operates as it was intended'. Certified Repair & the Dealer are both stumped. I'm very disappointed, now only use detergent pods & dryer sheets, no pre-washes, but that's not how I'd like a $3809.71 investment to operate!

The SF7003WE stacked washer and electric dryer are just fantastic. The washer cleans the clothes so much better than my previous washer. The dryer dries in one cycle, not multiple. The electronic operation panel is simple and has all that anyone could possibly need in a washer & dryer. Bravo Speed Queen!

Since I started college Speed Queen has been the washing machine I've had to use. Once college was over, Speed Queen was still the washer that was presented to me at various apartment complexes. This is literally the best washer and dryer ever. My new washer and dryer stack replaces a 1984 Speed Queen washer a dryer stack original to my house. The new front loaders are quiet, hold a lot of clothes and use less water than any foreign washer and dryer sold in the USA market. However, unlike brands like LG, this will use enough water to ACTUALLY leave your. Logged smelling fresh. I cannot recommend speed Queen enough max!

I grew up with a Speed Queen washer/dryer that lasted my parents for decades. I recently replaced my 5-year old LG washer with a new Speed Queen and my clothes have never seemed cleaner. Easy to use. Options easy to maneuver. The only thing I don't like is the cup where the various "stuff" goes...it is all white with white arrows and is difficult to see which way the arrows are pointing.

We waited over 10 moths to get our unit & certainly were not disappointed. The operation is quieter than our previous brand and quicker to complete its' cycles. Since we have only used it for 3 weeks, we are still learning how to use all of the features. The one negative is that we did not receive a detailed manual with the unit which we did order and are expecting any day. Overall, we are very pleased with our unit and would recommend it to anyone who would listen!

We bought this machine because we wanted something durable and efficient. Unfortunately, it seems to use too little water to actually lift the hair from our clothes. Now my wife has taken to washing every load twice. Our water bill is high all of a sudden, so we're thinking the double wash is less efficient than our old Maytag HE. I've been trying to find specs on how much water this machine uses per load but can't seem to locate it anywhere.

I have only been using my washer dryer I wash your dryer laundry center for a month now but I do like it, with one exception. Apparently the units are manufactured separately and then bolted together so I needed a 30 amp 220 volt outlet for the dryer and a separate 110 volt outlet for the washing machine part. I did not have a 110 outlet behind the unit, just a 30 amp outlet so I had to run an extension cord from a separate 110 volt outlet to the washing machine.
