We have had our machine about a month and we love how quiet it is! There is plenty of room for dishes and silverware, too! We bought it in white because we have a white stove and refrigerator. There are several options to choose to wash the dishes. We especially like the 1 hour wash.

The cutlery basket is small, in the door there is no room for long spoons or knives. If i put the basket on bottom rack, there is much less room for dishes.

I bought this 2 weeks ago.
I am thoroughly impressed with the cleaning ability and drying (I use jet dry).
I replaced a 10 year old whirlpool dishwasher only because the racks started rusting out and prongs falling off. The replacement rack for one was $300.
The only thing that is different is the fact that this dishwasher has a filter to clean where my old one had a built in food chopper.
I loved the chopper on old one but filter is not so bad.
I don't rinse dishes ever. I only scrape chunks off.

I bought this dishwasher two months ago thinking it was comparable to my very basic Whirlpool dishwasher I had for the prior fourteen years that did a fantastic job of cleaning dishes without any pre-rinsing and dried them on air dry with no rinse aid. This new dishwasher does only a fair job of cleaning pre-rinsed dishes and the dishes are only partially dry using a rinse aid AND the heat dry cycle required in the instructions for the dishes to dry. Plus, it now takes over two hours on the regular cycle and when completed, the inside of my dishwasher has enough water clinging to it's all plastic surfaces to soak two towels! And, the water on the inside door surface drips down on my silverware necessitating hand drying! i am currently washing dishes by hand due to being so frustrated with my basically useless new dishwasher which is much more cheaply made than the comparable model of yesteryear despite a not so cheap price!

I love my new dishwasher because it runs very quietly and efficiently. My dishes are sparkling when I remove them. My cats are quite interested in the operation of the machine and sit, big-eyed, in front of it as it runs! I think they notice how quiet it is compared to the old model.

Documentation:
On page 4 you show a chart describing the cycles. Page 5 chart describes options. This is the most valuable information the consumer wants to see first, and often when they are teaching themselves how to use the washer.
But you have put it on a 34"x22" sheet of paper with 7 more pages of manual. It takes 3 folds of this sheet to make it fit in its bag!
You've completely eliminated the convenience of having these 2 charts easily available.Make it 8.5"x11".
Make one side french and the other english. Keep borders small to make text bigger.Then take that one page and laminate it. Your consumer would like this "value added" gift. Trust me.
Your "Sensor Cycle" claims:
I have to take you at your word that this sensor can do all the amazing things that you say.I did some research, found your patent for the sensor and, while viewing it, found the most amazing things.
I found that the proportions of the metals you were using in your sensor's patented alloy were not being optimized. I own a piece of land with a rich vein of the alloy you need.
I keep this quiet and you buy this piece of land.All you have to do is buy it and mine it. "wink wink"
So I can let you have it but you have to act fast. I have other buyers.
One last comment about washer:OOOHHH!!! I love how quiet it is. Some times I have to put my ear right up to it to see if working.

My dishes sparkle. Easy to use. Pretty quiet. Only suggestion would be to make the utensil holder bigger and to make the slots in it a bit larger. My fork and spoon handles don't fit through the slots.

I purchased this DW several months ago and was immediately disappointed. It was using ¼ of the rinse aid reservoir with each wash and the dishes were coming out dirty and wet. I had 3 service technicians come out. The first replaced the rinse aid dispenser which resolved that issue however, all 3 technicians told me that due to new energy requirements I should not expect my new DW to clean or dry dishes. They said that these newer dishwashers use less water at less force with a longer cycle to basically "soak" the dishes clean. I was told that what I thought was a heating element for the dry cycle was actually to heat the water for the sani-rinse cycle and unlike the older dishwashers with heated dry, this DW has no heating element for drying and uses rinse aid to make the dishes shed water instead of drying them. There are literally beads of water on my silverware and dishes along with the entire interior of the dishwasher itself when I open the door. I have to clean the dishes thoroughly by hand before I put them into the dishwasher and then open the door once the cycle is over and allow them to air dry for a couple of hours. Sometimes the dishes are dirtier after the wash than when I load them. Wish I had kept the DW I bought in 2008 and bought new racks….that was all it needed. It was a Whirlpool and it washed and dried quite well but not this one. A better investment would be a dishpan and dish drainer.

Purchased about a month ago replacing our 14 year old model. Everything seems to work as expected. One comment: I was early taught to remove silverware by its handle and not by the area which goes into one's mouth. Closing the lid of the silverware basket defeats that recommendation. If I could easily remove the lids, I would. But for now I just keep the lids raised.
