It's a good dryer. I'm a single person and didn't need much in terms of options. I kind of wish I had gotten one a few steps up as this is pretty basic, but it the job.

We've only had our washer and dryer for almost 2 weeks, but we are loving them so far. The dryer offers plenty of room for comforters and dries them in a short amount of time. It's also a quieter machine than what we're used to.

Bought a matching washer & dryer set. I was amazed at the energy savings in both water usage & electricty! Why was was I holding on to a 20 year old set from Kenmore? The new Whirlpool washer & dryer are so much easier to use.

I've had 8t about 4 months now. It's amazing, from work clothes. I drive a semi truck and clothes get nasty with grease dirt and whatever types of stuff from the road on a trailer. Has a setting for everything I need. I love it.

I bought the dryer in 2104 as a brand new model because I live in an apartment and the unit was perfect for the space that I have.
After 3 year one capacitor broke. The part was not available with Whirlpool. Moreover, I didn't receive any suggestion from them. I was surprise as this is a brand new model. The cost of the capacitor was $170.00 and the labor was $160.00. Technically the price of the dryer. Please look for another model.

We bought our set about 5 weeks ago and I have never been so happy. There's washing and drying options for every need i may have. Love the touch screen panel! My water bill has already improved the 1st month. My clothes are so fresh and clean. It handles even the heaviest of my bedding and rugs no problem.

Bought this unit with a the matching front loader washer. It stopped heating after less than two years. Diagnosis and repair is more expensive than replacement of the entire unit. Not recommended.

I absolutely love my new washer & dryer from Whirlpool. The features are very unique; I enjoy being able to rely on the dryer to sense when my clothes are dry. Whenever cycles are complete I receive notifications that are helpful to keep track of loads. The space given is more than enough to take care of all my needs. I actually enjoy being able to touch my cycle options better than turning the typical knob(boring ;) ). Overall, I believe I purchased a great product for a great price. Whirlpool was number one choice when shopping for appliances. Thank you for having great quality.

I bought this at the Beginning of January, and am very pleased with it. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because there has been a time or 2 when some of the clothes in the load didn't feel completely dry. However, I did mix jeans in with the load, so perhaps that threw off the sensor.

This dryer is smaller than i'm used to so I'm do smaller loads, but it takes almost an hour to dry towels and cotton underwear! I'm not willing to dry one towel at a time- 2 at a time with 2 face cloths is bad enough.

This is very loud because it has 2 blowers. Most dryers only have one. You can't put more than 4 or 5 pieces and expect them to fully dry in an hour.

Have had this particular dryer for a month and same problem still exists. The "end of the cycle" buzzer is inaudible unless you're standing next to it. The first dryer was sent back for same problem. Other than that it appears to be nice little dryer but have my doubts it'll last 35 yrs like the last one!
