My kitchen cabinets are on the low side and this microwave is perfect for the space. Easy installation and it does a great job. I am very happy with this product, if it was not available I would have to take up much needed counter top space.

The old countertop microwave became an anchor for kitchen clutter. Replacing the standard range hood with the Microwave Hood Combination cleared five feet of working counter space for meal prep and cleanup. It was an easy install and we use it every day. Love the reheat feature and the sleek design with most controls concealed behind the door. The surface light compares favorably with any range hood but isn't as strong as the undercabinet lighting on either side and we might replace it with a more powerful lamp. The signal is a pleasant multi-tone chime that is so much nicer than the annoying 'ding' or 'buzz' from an ordinary microwave. After two months - it's a keeper!

The professionals hired to install this as a new built in install spent hours and had difficulty following the poor instructions. The size hasn't yet been a problem and unit works as expected. The ready chime sounds like what you hear when you lose electricity in your house! Ask me again in a few months and perhaps installation memories will have faded.

This microwave looks so nice above my stove. It looked so big when I took it out of the box but it fits perfectly where the fan hood used to be. The fan automatically kicks on when the oven smokes - nice feature. Easy to use and state-of-the-art!

Like how it looks and fits ..Wish it had a bit more power (it has 1000 watts) Our old microwave was 1200 watts. Didn't think it would matter, however there is a bit of a difference in time. Also because it is a low profile hood combo, Some of our dishes wont fit in it. ( We were aware before we bough it) Just throwing it out there because some people my not think about that..Also a bit pricey...However,..... All in all. We love it !! ....looks great, easy to use, clean looking, and nice looking profile to it..

We have had this unit only a couple of months, but has good features such as push button door opening and easy to operate. This is an over the range and has a low profile which is what we like. The unit also has an exhaust fan that has dual speeds. The over head light also has two settings which is nice. We really like this unit.

We needed to replace an old and damaged microwave in our kitchen. The older one hung lower over the stove top, so low in fact, that I couldn't fit a big pot on the stove top. I was so happy to find this streamlined microwave and it is perfect over our stove top. I can now make a vat of spaghetti sauce or boil crab legs in my big pot. The picture shows the new microwave. The old one hung lower than the side cabinet, which also made it hard to see the stove top dials. This was taken before the back wall was painted.

We've had our new microwave for about 6 weeks now, and love it. There was no need for all that unused height! Every feature I wanted is here: warming, defrost, 30-second time extension, cooking, time, The controls are intuitive, and I love the easy-to-reach and wipe interior surface. No regrets here!

We replaced the microwave that came with our house with the Low Profile unit. It's beautiful, saves space and cooks well. The only negatives are that the buttons have to be pushed quite hard to activate and many of the functions can't be accessed without opening the door. Also the beep to announce cooking finished or timer ending is very high and soft, although our original unit was so darn annoyingly loud that this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Overall, we are very pleased with the unit, especially since it was on sale at a great price at Lowe's. :)

The microwave works great and the space is perfect. The turntable however falls out of it's alignment every single time it is used. Doesn't matter if the item is in the middle or on the side....It still falls out of alignment. Pretty poor design and wish they had a fix for this design flaw. It's very frustrating.

We love this microwave. The size is perfect for us. We love the thin profile. Additionally, the venting system is more than adequate for blackening steaks, etc. Lastly, it has the best "chime" when done cooking. No nasty, loud buzzing. Literally, a nice, little chime that rings 3-times.

Definitely happy with this microwaves performance as a microwave but the fan on it, even turned up high isnt as powerful as I would like. It gets overwhelmed pretty easily if you sear a steak on the stove. Otherwise. It works great.

We bought this about a month or so ago when our microwave died. I have wanted an over the range microwave for years but my husband refused to raise the cabinets to accommodate one and there wasnt enough room to put a standard size one. I found this and I am so happy I did!!! We installed it together and while directions for installation were not the greatest, it wasn't terrible. I absolutely LOVE this microwave!! It's sleek and the lights are the combination of awesomely bright on the brightest mode and the most wonderful glow on the lowest brightness. We haven't had anything that doesn't fit inside! It's perfect!!!

My husband and I had this for just one day before realizing that the darn glass plate was constantly slipping off the ring ( yes , we had it on correctly) luckily, we had another small microwave in the house and used that plastic ring ( which was more heavy duty). Plate doesn't fall off the ring now. Now we love it !
