I never heard of this brand but did some internet research while on the store show room floor. I didn™™t want to pass up a good sale so I decided to buy. I love the physical aesthetics; it looks so modern! It works great and I notice I use less time now to dry than with my old machine. Also loving the steam feature, never had this as an option before. I also really love how quiet the machine runs.

We bought this dryer several months ago and it has developed a significant rattle. Getting it repaired would cost money that I don't really have due to the purchase. When it isn't rattling, it works pretty well but the rattle gets progressively louder and louder the longer it runs.

Purchased March 2020. Light use for single family home. Lint trap flew off during dry cycle January 2021 and clothing sucked into motor. We happened to be near the appliance when the lint trap flew off and able to cancel the dry cycle before anything catastrophic occurred. Removed clothing from motor. Waiting for service repair to come Wednesday to verify that this appliance is safe to use. This is a very dangerous product and will require close monitoring when used. Upon searching on-line for this issue, there are plenty of customers experiencing the same concern. This product should be recalled.

I'd give this dryer zero stars if I could. I purchased the washer and dryer set, and while the washer was okay, the dryer was horrible. During the drying cycle, smaller clothes sit on the ledge where the lint tray is and they do not get dried. I had to constantly open the door and push them back in with the rest of the clothes. The worst part is that the dryer burned my king size blanket. I definitely would not recommend this dryer to anyone.

I have been using this dryers for only 6 weeks and have major issues. The dryer is currently not working. The lint trap clamshell has a very poor design. The holes on the top(the intake) are large. The clothes are able to hook the holes of the clamshell and pull it from its slot. This causes the clothes to get stuck in the dryer inside tub. This becomes a fire and safety issue at this point. Now I have no dryer. The repairman cant look at it for a week. Very disappointed. The dealer told me this is a very common problem and it may not be covered under warranty. I think this lint trap clamshell should be recalled and redesigned. I will make every effort to warn people about this issue

I bought this dryer less than 6 months ago and I always had issues with it getting things dry. I was told gas dryers were more efficient. Then it just caught caught everything on fire. That was last week and we are still waiting for someone to come and assess the dryer

I recently purchased the Electrolux - Front Load Perfect Steam Gas Dryer and I've after only 1 week I've already had 2 separate problems with it. The first was the back grate that hot air comes into the dryer via got so hot it melted a polyester lap blanket and now all the little holes from the grating are visible on the blanket, like a burn mark. I had selected the normal try setting. So there's no reason that back piece of metal in the dryer should have gotten that hot. The second issue I experienced was the lint collector somehow got pulled out of its track during a dry cycle, got stuck on a screw, and become lodged at an angle. This is an obvious design flaw if in the course of clothes going around in a circle during a tumble dry that it can catch an edge of the lint collector, pull it up out of its resting position, then wedge it against the screw in it's slide track.

We were really excited to upgrade our old dryer and splurged on this model. Unfortunately there is a serious design flaw between the "blades" inside the tub and the large lip on the lint screen. When run, the clothes push forward towards the door and push up the lint screen until completely out - and the dryer keeps running! This causes clothing to get sucked into the lint/exhaust vent - we've lost many socks etc in there and it is a clear fire hazard. We had it "repaired" via warranty with a certified technician (replaced one of the blades and made sure dryer was level) as a "known issue", but it still keeps happening.

Great dryer, got this in effort to have the least depth and had custome cabinetry built around it, came out nice. We just have one issue, the lint basket has a tendancy to lift out of the slot while running. This is dangerous and also bad for the machine, if you look there is no way it stays locked in when the door is shut, seems like a bad design. Has happened 3 times in the past few months of owning.

I really like my Electrolux dryer. My clothes look so good when I use this dryer and the clothes seem to feel softer. I was enjoying my dryer until something caused my lint screen to pop out. I contacted Electrolux and was sadly told the replacement was not available to be shipped until 12/31/2022 and that I had to pay for it. I still love this dryer but I am concerned about the customer service.

My much loved dryer gave up the battle, after 12 years. Looked at a lot of reviews and the Electrolux dryer stood out. We went ahead and purchased it. We been very happy with it. We purchased the matching washer and dryer and had it delivered on 4/2/2021. We also purchased an extended warranty. We purchased Electrolux because we had our precious pair for over 11 years and they were phenomenal. We have already had a service call on the washer and dryer to be told by the technician the reason they were so loud was all our fault and where we had them in our house. The previous old washer and dryer had been in the same spot and never were even close to as loud. So we have been very unhappy but quiet. Now less than a year later the dryer is making a loud noise. We cannot use it. When my husband called in for services he was told it was out of warranty and had to spend over an hour proving we are within the year along w having an extended warranty that was purchased. Then he was told by Electrolux we had to wait until Monday for service on the machine (5 days!!). So many things are wrong with this scenario. Luckily Metro Appliance is easier to work with and now we are having to wait 24 hours to have it serviced. With that said hoping we don™™t have the same unhelpful technician we had the previous time. It™™s beyond me how you can pay this kind of money for a unit and have it sound like an airplane when in use to be told it™™s the customers fault. I would look for a different set of washer and dryers I am sad to say.

The dryer works very well and is efficient. There is only one thing that we don't like, but is tolerable. About every 5ish minutes, there's a clunking sound. It seems like the metal sheet behind the dryer is popping or something. We don't really know what it is, but it is kind of annoying.

I hated to think of giving up my old washer and dryer. It was 14 years old and I had loved it dearly. It had performed so well for me over the years. Finally the washer just up and stopped working. It had been repaired previously and I new the end was near and I was going to have to start the search for a new washer and dryer. Remember that we are in the middle of a pandemic (Covid-19) and appliances are in short supply. I researched online before heading out to look at some washers. The top rated at the time was the Electrolux Front load washer and dryer pair. Second was Samsung front loaders. I had owned Samsung -the washer that was dying-and loved them but had heard many negative remarks from friends and online about their reliability. We looked at both brands and decided on the Electrolux. We like to keep our appliances until they die and were hoping for more than 10 years. We moved into a pre owned home 4 years ago that has Electrolux ovens. Those ovens are now 11 years old are work perfectly. I just love them and if they are any indication of the quality of their appliances, I was willing to take the chance. We had to take the floor model for the washer because there were none available anywhere except Home Depot. Not the color I wanted( I really just always choose white) but the Titanium looks beautiful in my laundry room. We were able to order a dryer to match as we needed a gas dryer and the only ones in the store were electric. Well, we have only had them for a couple of months, but this is the best washer and dryer I have ever owned! Easy to use, intuitive, cleans and dries excellently and now laundry day is something I look forward too. Never thought I would say that!!! But it is true.

When I purchased this unit I was told it was the best out there, but after only 2 loads the lint catcher came out during the cycle and my clothes got sucked in to the belt. Not only did it destroy my clothes, but I am still not sure if there is any lasting damage to my dryer.I called a local rep to find out about this and I was told that this happens a lot and they were amazed why Electrolux has not fixed the issue. I took it upon myself to fix this issue. If anyone else is having the same problems all you have to do is go buy all weather heavy velcro and put a small piece at the bottom of the lint catcher where is meets the dryer and the problem is solved! It crazy how I can fix it, but a huge company can't !!

We just completed a huge remodel upstairs and decided to include in it a laundry room. Because the space is small we went with stackables. I love everything about this machine including the color but if red had been an option I would've gone with red. I have to say my favorite cycle is the refresh cycle. I use it all the time not only to give it a refresh but mainly to get wrinkles out of tshirts. I've found if I throw a towel in with whatever I put in that it helps keep the clothes moving vice getting stuck in one place if you know what I mean. I also love the 15 minute dry option because alot of what I put in only needs 15 minutes. I'm so happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a new one Thanks Electrolux!

We have the matching washer and we just love the performance. We were really unaware of what a washer and dryer should really do until we purchased this set. We originally bought the dryer and continued to use the Samsung washer. Once the performance set in we decided to invest in the washer. I am very pleased with my Electrolux Washer/Dryer. First of all, these machines are beautiful. The Titanium color and control panel are well engineered and laid out. Even though the 600 series is full of features, it's easy to learn how to use them quickly. I find myself wiping down and detailing the new combo like I would a new car. They are also smart & efficient. Wash and dry times are perfectly timed based on the cycle. They also operate very quietly. I would highly recommend these machines.
